LeadGen provides engineering consultancy, systems architecture, and turnkey implementation for B2B lead generation, conversational AI sales qualification, and CRM/ERP integrations. Commercial specifications, delivery timelines, and project budgets are established under dedicated service contracts.

3. Strategic Consultations

Introductory discovery calls and strategy audits serve an analytical and informative purpose. They do not constitute an automatic contractual obligation for either party to commence delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, architectural diagrams, software components, and proprietary workflows displayed on this platform are protected under intellectual property legislation. Turnkey deliverables developed for clients are transferred with 100% ownership as specified in individual client agreements.

5. Warranties & Performance

Specific business outcomes and quantitative KPIs are formalized within contractual guarantees per individual service agreement. General website content provides informational overviews of observed performance metrics.

6. External Platforms

Our solutions integrate with third-party software ecosystems (Meta, Google, Bitrix24, HubSpot, 1C). LeadGen operates independently from these providers and adheres to their official API operating standards.

7. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms and any related commercial engagements are governed by the statutory laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts in Chisinau.
